RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. (not videos) Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

Unless otherwise stated, all written content on this site is owned by SHINE PERFECTION LLC d.b.a. RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY and/or our affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the RESIDENTIAL CLEANNG ACADEMY support team.

A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize the RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete

The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

FREE TRIAL

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY, at its sole discretion, offers a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

REFUNDS

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY allows refunds if contacted within 3 days of a monthly renewal, or 14 days of a yearly renewal.RCA does not provide refunds beyond that, except on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

 Purchases of  the School's stand alone Coaching Programs and digital products, that are not  a  part or any subscription plans or courses are not refundable.  

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

You may cancel your service at any time by logging in to your student account, or emailing info@therca.net and then following the specific instructions indicated to you in RCA’s response.

Once cancellation is confirmed, all of your account details and any individually purchased content will remain in your account. To completely delete your account, email info@therca.net. Since deletion of all data is final, please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.

If you cancel the Service in the middle of the month, you will receive one final bill via email. Once that bill has been paid you will not be charged again.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the RCA service for any reason, without notice at any time.

Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, RCA may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance, or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

FEE CHANGES

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, the United States. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.

Effective Date and Updates The Terms are effective as of January 2024 and are subject to change without notice by the RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ACADEMY at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
